Our Installation utilises energy-efficient neon lighting to produce a bespoke scenery which includes an illuminated living room, stars, and trees, in company with motivational messages. Also featuring new neon murals created especially for the Luminaze and Wembley Park designed and made by associative artist Patrick Bullock with Craig West's electrical wizardry. The walkthrough illustrates themes of belonging and migration explored by four artists, with the goal that visitors are invited to think about what home means and how our planet is the ultimate home.
At the centre of the maze visitors can expect to discover our stunning, four-meter-tall sculpture The Hourglass featuring our new 3D show 'We love this place'. Created in collaboration with artists Cristina Ottonello and Jo Paul and light wizards Illuminos.
The piece features internal projection mapping, programmed to deliver an audio visual experience through animations, audio and storytelling. The interactive display will highlight a new animation suitable for audiences of all ages specifically for Wembley Park, which will explore motifs of place and home and invite visitors to contemplate what they love about their community.
