    Daniel, a professional arts manager, joined EEA in 2012. He has worked with co-operatives, arts groups, and on Brazilian carnival events. He plays for Euphoria Steel Pan.

    ​Ben Raine has an extensive background in many areas of production including music, theatre and large-scale outdoor spectaculars.

    Executive Director

    Jules, a UWE Fine Art graduate, joined in 2009. She manages operations, marketing, finance, and fundraising. Passionate about arts access, she is also a freelance artist.

    Shanika's experience in outreach and creative engagement includes organisations such as Talawa Theatre Co, Tenda Arts and London Bubble.

    Hannah has been freelancing with Emergency Exit Arts since 2019, and has experience in organising large scale public events and community outreach.

    Yeu-Lai manages the accounting and finances of the organisation and she also has a background as an artist and creative.

    Isabel is EEAs Event & Production Coordinator. Isabel is passionate about the public art sector and looking to continue a career as a Producer and Project Manager.

    Mark is our reliable & patient IT manager. He has been involved with EEA since 1987 and was General Manager of the company in the late 1990s.

    Mel is one of the founders and directors of Continental Drifts, an event management, music and performance agency.

    Co-Chair

    Martin is CEO of a UK based animation production studio and also runs an international marketing agency, specialising in creative IP and entertainment.

  • Sita Thomas

    Sita is a multi-disciplinary artist with a keen interest in increasing representation of marginalised communities.

  • Rosie Folkes

    Rosie has worked in the culture and heritage sector for 15 years and has a background in marketing, business planning and strategic programme management.

  • Marsha Kinkaid

    Marsha is the founder and Chairperson of the Caletock Estate Resident Association - CERA.

  • Roshni Hirani

    Roshni has been working in the arts, culture and heritage sector for over ten years in a range of museums and galleries.

  • Veronica Jones

    Veronica joined the board in 2023 and is a Festival Producer for The Great Exhibition Road Festival.
