Artsmark and Arts Awards

Partnering with Schools to Achieve Artsmark accreditation: Enhancing Creativity Across the Curriculum!

Artsmark is the creative quality standard for schools, accredited by Arts Council England. It provides a clear framework for teachers to plan, develop and evaluate arts and culture and and allow creativity to cascade across the curriculum and school. Emergency Exit Arts is one of Arts Council England’s endorsed Artsmark Partners and we support schools throughout their Artsmark journey, offering guidance, creative consultation and training.

Our team of Creative Practitioners are skilled in guiding schools throughout all stage of the Artsmark process and over the last 3 years we have helped over 50 schools in London and beyond to achieve their Artsmark Status. Our cross art form specialism allows teachers to use the arts in a variety of ways to enhance and embed creative pedagogies in school to ensure that every child and young person has high quality artistic experiences.

Register your school to start your Artsmark journey.

“Since we have had EEA contributing to our Arts curriculum we have felt like they have helped the teachers to provide our students with opportunities and creative ideas that we would not have been able to without their guidance.”

Melissa Graham
Christchurch Primary School

“EEA’s Creative Practitioners were inspirational, and the students got so much out of the experience…they encouraged and guided them through completing their Arts Awards and in the process opened so many doors and opportunities to the students.”
