Vacancy: Community Engagement Officer

Main purpose of the job

EEA is one of the country’s leading outdoor arts companies working on spectacular events across London, the UK and internationally. We need a dynamic Community Engagement Officer to lead on the recruitment and retention of participants for various arts programmes for different sectors of the community including young people and the older generation.

The Community Engagement Officer will have primary responsibility for establishing, developing and nurturing relationships with partners, voluntary sector agencies, and participants as well as maintaining a GDPR compliant database.

The Community Engagement Officer will enable meaningful engagement for participants and ensure sustainable programme delivery for the company particularly in Greenwich; but also across London, the UK.

Salary: £20 per hour

Contract: Freelance, Flexible, fixed- term, 350 hours (50 days) between December 2020 – May 2021 The post holder must be prepared to work some weekends and evenings as required.
