Ashford Carnival of the Baubles 2024

We're thrilled to be back to Ashford for its annual event Carnival of the Baubles! Come along and see the beautiful lanterns made by local artists, community groups and schools.

There will be one of our giant mechanical puppets who will lead the way through the streets of the town to kick off the start of the festive season!

Emergency Exit Arts are working closely with Made in Ashford, a local CIC based in Ashford’s town centre. They will be running free lantern making sessions on the lead up to the event. 

The event is on the 23 November 2024, there will be activity throughout the day to entertain the crowds. The highlight is the lantern procession which will process from East Hill at 5pm, with a finale event at Elwick Place where there will be music and dancing!
