Working with youCo-creating With You

EEA can deliver on all aspects of project planning and delivery including event site plans, licensing, risk assessments and traffic management.

We working closely with local authorities, event producers, heritage and community organisations and education centres, to design creative projects that surprise and positively impact the community.

EEA has a strong track record of involving our community in all our decision-making processes. We understand the impact of co-created outdoor art in public spaces and the importance of aiming for inclusion and diversity to create an experience that truly reflects the area and its residents.

Local Authorities

We work with local authorities across the country to develop events that include the whole community and create a lasting impact. Our aim is to surprise, delight and exceed your expectations. We do this by listening carefully to you: what you want to achieve, how you want your audiences to respond and of course, practical things like your budget and timescale.

We have fantastic Shows and Productions which are ready to book. Our Carnivals and Processions are the perfect way of transforming familiar streets and town centres with vibrant colour and rhythm at daytime Carnivals and magical illuminations at nighttime processions. Our huge mechanical puppets and creatures can be included to provide close-up spectacle in public spaces. Our fireworks displays are renowned for the imagination, beauty and power that we invest in our designs; uniquely choreographed, often to a bespoke soundtrack, and responsive to each client’s brief and site.

Festivals

We can bring great art to your outdoor event, including moments of spectacle, site décor, programming and workshops. We work with festivals across the country including Glastonbury, Bestival and Blue Dot. Our huge mechanical puppets and creatures can be booked to provide large-scale walkabout spectacle. Or we can create the event from scratch and deliver a strong creative direction with community involvement, to planning, logistics and licensing.

Schools

We give a voice to young people in schools by creating high impact participatory arts projects. Our work raises social awareness and inspires people to make a positive creative impact on the places they live, work, study and play.

Our multi-art form approach encourages creative investigation, individual expression and teamwork. Our flagship Creative Activism projects enable students to create a positive impact in their school and community through creatively responding to social, political or environmental challenges. Our Creative Learning projects bring spectacle and provide memorable learning experiences, which aim to enchant and increase better engagement in literacy. Further Education

We work with Universities, Colleges and Further Education settings to create events with students to offer real world experience with the support and guidance of our professional teams.

We also provide placement opportunities for university students as part of their course, which have a focus on outdoor arts, community arts or participatory arts. Placements are assessed on a case-by-case basis and vary depending on the needs of the student, EEA and the projects they will support.
