Hi! Street Fest was a project produced by Emergency Exit Arts and commissioned by Historic England to celebrate the end of the High Streets Heritage Action Zones scheme in 67 high streets across England. We hope this toolkit will be useful when putting on free, community events in high streets or town centres. No matter how large or small the events are, this will help you to streamline planning and execution processes such as budgeting, marketing, evaluation and co-creation.
