Working with over 100 young people in 2019 alone, our young producers programmes work to diversify the sector by bringing exciting new talent and fresh perspective into the outdoor arts sector. Last year a group of Thamesmead locals trained with us and helped deliver our succesful Lakeside Festival in Southmere Park including programming a stage with local music talent. This summer a new group will join us to learn about live event production and management and support the EEA team to deliver another round of exciting public events in Thamesmead. Stay tuned!
