Rothbury Studio
Approx: 4.7m x 13.4m (70sqm), can seat 40 comfortably
An adaptable, fully accessible space with polished wooden floor, private entrance, stained glass windows giving lots of natural light, piano, access to toilets and shower and free wifi. Suitable for a range of creative activities, meetings and rehearsals. Additional equipment is available to hire separately
£38/hour + VAT for weekdays
£55/hour + VAT for evenings and weekends (to cover the cost of a duty manager, with regular bookings this would be reduced after a 3 month trial period)
Full Day rate available on request
Main Hall
Approx: 7.15m x 13m (200sqm), can seat 60 comfortably Our lovely hall with stained glass windows and cherubs is our main making space. Occasionally available for hire for events, large-scale makes and rehearsals. Includes free wifi. Additional equipment is available to hire separately.

Hot Desking
A creative, informal place to work in London for a few days/weeks including wifi, phone, access to printer/scanner/photocopier, tea & coffee.
Prices: £5/hour or £20/day or £75/week.
