Tracey has extensive public sector experience and was pivotal in the development of the arts, culture, and heritage sectors in Royal Greenwich for almost 2 decades and worked closely with EEA through this time.

EEA is the base for Tracey’s creative practice as a Creative Director, Cultural Producer and Strategist with a key focus on the Outdoor Arts Sector, High Street Regeneration and Community Involvement/Investment. Her work with EEA harnesses her desire to utilise her experience in the curation and delivery of large-scale impactful initiatives and events that make a real sustainable difference to the lives of Creative Practitioners and the communities they serve. Tracey is passionate about the work she does and the communities that she supports and is keen to facilitate conversations and create vital opportunities for black and underrepresented creatives and communities across the sector.

Tracey is the Founder of SageCulture where she works at a strategic level across sectors supporting local authorities, organisations, artists and entrepreneurs to develop their practise and create sustainable business models fuelled by their passion. She has been responsible for; developing place-making initiatives, leading cultural, tourism, regeneration & heritage programmes; devising commissioning and funding frameworks; facilitating collaborative partnerships; leading community engagement and inclusion initiatives; overseeing, curating and delivering large-scale festivals and events
