Mel has been working in the arts for over 20 years.
She is one of the founders and directors of Continental Drifts, an event management, music and performance agency.
Mel’s work has included the management of numerous shows and festivals including ON Blackheath, David Blaine’s ‘Above the Below’, BBC Music Live and Lollibop Festival.
Mel was selected as one of the creative producers for Festival 2012, curating a programme of International performance as part of the Mayor of London’s ‘Summer Like No Other’ season.
Mel has a level 5 qualification in event safety management.
